Thread: Divide America!!!

Obviously socially traditionals don't merge well with socially progressive people. The same goes for economically liberal vs socialists. I have an idea. Let's split america in 4. One line divides the traditionals in the east, and the progressive in the west. Then let's divide these two territories in north and south, giving a traditional-liberal-economy northeast, a traditional-social-economy southeast, a progressive-liberal-economy northwest and finally a progressive-social-economy southwest.

Then we would deport people according to political views. When people have kids, they would have to fill out a form when they aren't minors anymore, to decide which territory they should be deported to. No more christians offended by liberal-minded individuals pissing on crucifixes, and no more laissez-faire cracks intimidated by diehard socialist crap. Worth a try, no?

If America had remained faithful to her founding principles, we would have at the moment not four, but fifty different semi-autonomous states in which people would be free to govern their societies as they see fit, while also ready to unite for the sake of common defense. Unfortunately, a Mr. Abraham Lincoln saw to it that we got one giant federal monstrosity to dictate every policy of Americans' lives.
