    Terror or Oil?

For those who believe the Iraq war is about fighting terror:
Do you support invading Pakistan? They have much stronger ties to al Qaeda than Saddam ever had, their intelligence agency likely funded the terrorists who struck on 9/11, bin Laden is hiding there currently, and they most definately have WMD. Based on our administration's stated reasons for going into Iraq, it would be a no brainer that we need to go into Pakistan post haste. So for those who believe we went into Iraq to fight terror, do you agree that Pakistan must go?

    For the rest of us:
Check out the oil production difference between Pakistan and Iraq.

50 thousand barrels/day for Pakistan vs. 1-3 million barrels/day for Iraq.

I wonder why we're in Iraq :whistling:

I think we need to invade Canada and Mexico. That's where we get our oil from anyway.

    We have one.

I think we were in such a rush to remove Saddam because he switched to the Euro for his petrol. It's an obvious good decision, but if OPEC followed in kind with the decision, our country would basically cease to be an advanced nation. We would crash beyond our wildest nightmares.

If the US keeps picking on everyone, pretty soon we'll be gone!
