Thread: "Lost" B-52 nuke cruise missiles were on way to Middle East for attack on Iran

Labor Day weekend incident was a revolt by US Air Force and other US intelligence agencies against Bush-Cheney plans for pre-emptive nuclear and conventional strike on Iran.

WMR has learned from U.S. and foreign intelligence sources that the B-52 transporting six stealth AGM-129 Advanced Cruise Missiles, each armed with a W-80-1 nuclear warhead, on August 30, were destined for the Middle East via Barksdale Air Force Base in Louisiana.

However, elements of the Air Force, supported by U.S. intelligence agency personnel, successfully revealed the ultimate destination of the nuclear weapons and the mission was aborted due to internal opposition within the Air Force and U.S. Intelligence Community.

Yesterday, the Washington Post attempted to explain away the fact that America's nuclear command and control system broke down in an unprecedented manner by reporting that it was the result of "security failures at multiple levels." It is now apparent that the command and control breakdown, reported as a BENT SPEAR incident to the Secretary of Defense and White House, was not the result of a command and control chain-of-command "failures" but the result of a revolt and push back by various echelons within the Air Force and intelligence agencies against a planned U.S. attack on Iran using nuclear and conventional
weapons.

I knew this was no mistake as reported by the government paid for press.
Luckily we still have generals with more on their shoulders than brass. I salute them.

I absolutely do not believe that article!!! That is talking basically about a coup by some USAF personnel!!!

That isn't any coup I've ever heard of. Usually they sweep into to take over the country and government but they just decided to not take an order. Hardly a coup.

check out the base Diego Garcia. It's in the middle of the indian ocean.

When you think about it, it begins to make sense. It is against a treaty to fly armed nukes over the country. These nukes were loaded, they had their warheads. I am sure that we will begin to hear of some generals being fired.

Anyway, why would Wayne Madsen lie? He is a respected investigative reporter with everything to lose.

What do you call it when the military decides to take over a plane loaded with nukes & does whatever they want with it? They aren't defying the CnC's orders? Maybe coup isn't the right term, maybe it's just plain disobedience. However, I absloutely do not believe this happened.

If you get a person to murder for you thats one thing. But if that person decides to NOT murder for you, he is okay in my book. Sometimes people stand up for what they believe in despite law and despite what other people think. If what they believe in is not using nukes or even violating in flying them over certain airspace, again they are okay by me.
