Don't get your hopes up. Just because they ruled that parts were unconstitutional, doesn't mean they're going to do anything about it. Wiring tapping is also unconstitutional, but that has stopped either.

I agree, our system as a whole has collapsed under this regime. Once it's gone there is no getting it back either. Even revolution wont do that.
