What does everydody think about this upcoming election? Very intrested to get all kinds of opinions! I only put the people who 5% in the polls and a serious chance of winning.

I like Giulini, for the reason that he has tested experience fixing a serious problem in New York, - Running New York is no small time job and he's worth seriously considering.

However I like Huckabee, he's definitely what I would call a change, I can see lots of people willing to work with him to get some important issues on the right track.

I like McCain for his experience on foreign affairs and how to handle the Iraq-Iran problems, however I really think people will hold his age against him unless he picks his vice President nominee very stratigacally - Someone everyone also would feel can handle the job if something happens to him.

I'm just afraid people see McCain as a continuation of a lot of the Bush policies from which they feel they want a change, so while I like him I don't think he can win but having said that he might be a good Vice Presidential selection for Guilini or Huckabee, what's your take on these thoughts ?

Wow - so much has changed over the last few months.

I was about to ask how old this poll was. Didn't realize the date.
But, no on McCain being VP. Yes, on SoS but too old to be VP.
But, yes, he deserves something being that he is probably one of the most knowledgeable people out there.

I would like to see Huckabee as Presidental nominee, and Newt Gingrich as Vice President, if Gingrich says no then McCain as Vice President.

This election concerns me more than ever before, we have a lot of really tough issues and we really need to get something constructive done for America and that means getting back to basics meaning the President and Congress start taking care of Americans first and look out for our interests first.
