Should Roe v.s. Wade be repealed?

I think it should because it violates states rights. The states should be allowed to decide for themselves. The federal government does not have the authority to make this a federal issue.

The Libs will say no...they like a strong-arming Federal government telling people how to live...rather than states deciding for themselves.

I have no issues with states deciding for themselves, as the political and religious make up varies from state to state. The problem is that Roe v. Wade was a federal ruling, and trumps states' rulings. However, I am all for each state determining their own laws in regards to such a sticky subject.

That being said, I am, ready for this, not a big fan of abortion. I think that people need to learn to wear their raincoats and take their pills. I hate the fact that our country have citizens that don't realize that shooting sperm into a vagina, while a blast, can result in children.

Modern liberals are the polar opposites of classical liberals, the people who formed this country.

And I am saying that it should not have been a federal ruling because it was not constitutional.

LOL, I love the second part.

The Founders and early Americans feared what America has become. I am very pessimisstic about there ever being a return to original intent for government.
