Without a well constructed union, you can be assured of:
a) Eventual war between the the sects, militias.
b) A loss of liberty due to the prevalnce of militias within the society
c) A loss of wealth, stability, life, because of the increased competition for resources.
d) An Iraq that is not really an Iraq.
