A Brewster man who police say is in the country illegally from Guatemala faces felony charges after sexually abusing two girls, ages 10 and 11, police said today. -- Sergio Antonio Martinez-Garza is being held today at the Putnam County jail in lieu of $100,000 cash bail or $200,000 bond, according to the Putnam County Sheriff's Office.

When are we going to start incarcerating illegal aliens? If they are here illegally, they have already broken the law... and since they have no legal residence in this country, they should NOT be granted bail.

Yes, and I've read several great books by him too. But don't deviate from my original comment or anything since I'm right. You just want an excuse, any excuse, to hate on illegal immigrants.

Yes we do have criminals that are citizens, thats bad enough. Now we have them invading the US like it is theirs. That should make anyone angry. I just wonder how many years they would get in a Mexican prison.

I would assume Mexican prisons to be as bad as Russian prisons. But I'm sure it works as it does here: If you got the money, you get to pass go and collect 200$. I understand the concern people have with illegals and them being over here. However, as stated by numerous other posters on here, this is a matter of broken policies and laws that need fixing, not the people themselves. You can't use their acts as an excuse when we ourselves contain much more filth than Robo has listed.

Yeah, as an American indian, I just hate the same people as me.

I'm a nationalist....do you understand that concept? I like America, I don't like communist mexico...or socialism in general.

And do you understand that its the Elites via groups like the ford foundation that use these people as fodder for their plans, and do you also understand they plan to kill them and US...when the time is right.

I don't hate people, I hate the elites and all the suffering they bring to all of us....

THEY USE EVERYONE for their vision, and they care not who suffers, but endorcing their plans via a PC mind set helps not us or them.

so are we to welcome our destroyers because we may hurt feelings? I see. The elites are planning all our destruction, it is right to resist their designs...and people get in the way.

Thats true it is a matter of failed policies, most get frustrated as hell. The problem started long ago when the US corporations saw Mexico as a land of slave labor. All our policies were geared towards keeping them that way. That was not good enough however, and know we import them.

I would like to see policies change, borders closed, and Mexican people prosper in Mexico. If their economy could rival ours, and I believe it can, then we would all be better off.
