I disagree, I have a hard time finding anything of value coming from the Islamic society. I see and read of horrific things done in the name of Islam. They commit these crimes and then excuse them by quoting the Quran. Much as the Christians have done in the past and probably continue to do so as well.

What do you want me to say? Yes Christians have done horrible things in the past in the name of thier religion. IT WAS WRONG THEN. But Islam has been claimed by the so called radicals of this religion. And what I do see and hear and read is that they are not moving to become more peaceful but more violent. I could post all day about violence that is being currently perpuated in the name of Islam. IT IS A VILE, UGLY RELIGION, IMO.

Really? Hmm, they helped advance mathematics, contributed significantly to chemistry and astronomy and even to literature and philosophy. It's crude to say that they haven't had anything of value contributed to society - that's plainly false.
