I just got back from going to it. There were 100,000 people there - the place was packed!

USA won the belt back. However, where did those last three hotdogs come from? They just magically found 3 hot dogs of debris in his plate. WTF? I smell foul play.

There were the 'Impeach Bush' people, and the 'Bush is a terrorist' people, and the 'meat = death people'.

Before the contest started, there were people holding up signs saying 'meat = death' or 'be hip, go veg' - these signs proceeded to get stolen (rightly so, they were blocking peoples view of the stage), and the crowd was chanting 'get the sign! get the sign!'.

After the contest, me and my friend ran into a bunch of people wanting to sell us impeach Cheney / Bush bandanas - I found this guy, at least the little that I talked to him, to be knowledgeable. Ironically, he was also like many people on this board.

After that, as I was walking along the boardwalk, I ran into this group that tried to sell me a paper, which on the back had the speech by fredrick douglass 'to the slave, what is the 4th of july'. Then she tried to convince me that there aren't classes in our society, that we still have slaves, and that Chavez is a man that stands up for liberty in the world. The big thing was that "if you weren't with them in trying to take down the neo-cons, you are against them", that I was to blame for the moral wrong in Iraq.

I also proceeded to notice that on their signs, they were "the communist voice of America". Hm....
