A little. I was thinking more along the lines of a constitutional amendment banning Kenyan Muslims from becoming President.
As a Democrat, I take solace in the fact that the Republicans have nominated the guy who lost the nomination to the guy who lost the presidency to the guy who is now the President.

Something along the lines of protections of the people from externalities of corporate interest. That along with giving the federal government the ability to provide for the basic welfare of the populace, keyword basic.
"While I am a great believer in the free competitive enterprise system and all that it entails, I am an even stronger believer in the right of our people to live in a clean and pollution-free environment. To this end, it is my belief that when pollution is found, it should be halted at the source, even if this requires stringent government action against important segments of our national economy."

Yes, that would be mine too. Separation of business and state. Gubmint is not allowed to engage in any commercial ventures.![]()
I would like an amendment that bans abortion.

I would change a few things, like the treaty clause, but I do not think I would add an amendment.
Because Banning Propaganda “Ties the Hands of America’s Diplomatic Officials, Military, and Others by Inhibiting Our Ability to Effectively Communicate In a Credible Way”

The Equal Rights Amendment, first proposed in 1923.
It's about damn time that one was passed.

Would that include rights for unborn children?

How about a new amendment that would retroactively do away with the amendment process. That way the minute it passed, it would be repealed.
