Thread: Who DOES Have Confidence In Gonzo (Besides His Criminal Boss That Is)?

Who here can point out a single politician in Washington that still openly professes his support of and confidence in Alberto Gonzalez?

Bush does not count. Every mobster likes his mob lawyer.

Can ayone here provide any quotes from folks that admit to supporting this guy and the job he has ben doing at the "Justice"department?

It makes quite a bit of difference in that is shows those Republicans that voted against yesterday's bill are fucking hypocrites that know full well that this guy is destroying all credibility that the once respected department he runs used to have.

It used to be the Justice Dpeartment. Under Gonzo it has become the "Justice" department.

But, I guess sucking up to Dear Leader is far more important to the Republicans in Congress than protecting the integrity of the department that enforces our laws.

Of course, since they keep sucking up to a guy that has repeatedly violated the Constitution, international law, federal law, and the UCMJ and even passed blatantly unconstitutional legislation like the MCA at his request, I would not really expect them to care about the "rule of law" or how it is administered in this country.

That bill is a waste of time!! It does nothing, I don't like you so I'm going to waste a lot of time & prove to you I don't, wahhhh. That's all that bill was for. It would accompolish nothing! The hypocrits are the ones that refuse to bring impeachment charges against Gonzalez if he's done all the things that he's been accused of, one being, according to Chuck Schumer, he lied to congress!!
BTW-If his boss is criminal, then where's the charges on him? talk about hypocrites! Bush should be impeached on the immigration fiasco. But the hypocrites can't do it cause they're guilty too.

Their political cover makes it easier for Bush to stand by him. If they were willing to pressure him to fire the guy, they would be doing something like the dems are. But, instead they would rather lick boot at the expense of the whole "Justice" Department and its now destroyed credibility. Fucking hypocrites.

That is only if you are looking at it from a purely legal standpoint.

The other perspective would be what is best for America.
