Today alone Distressed American & i have agreed politically on some stuff. MeMysel&I have agreed as well. :sarcasticfainting:
Not that the three of us are so important, but when I agree with them, or they with me, holy smokes, somethin is gonna happen cause I know we aren't the only ones agreeing on these issues of "they done us wrong" How many more across this country are madder n'hell & fed up to the boiling point? When we've all been taken to the cleaners, lied to, cheated on, & thrown in the trash heap, there is no right & left, repub & Dem, Libertarian, Greens, etc., etc, there's Americans & i pray to God that those Americans are ready to take what's ours back...mainly the United States of Americas Government!!!

What issues of "they done us wrong" are you referring to?

I disagree entirely...of course, I'm posting only after reading the first sentence. I assume I disagree with the rest.

I was working on a sink clog a little earlier and thinking about our back and forth today and I was thinking of posting a thread much like this. There we go agreeing again!

I was going to point out that everyone on this board shares some common things:

We all care pretty deeply about politics and how they effect our lives.

We are all willing to question our leaders when we think that they are doing wrong and we stay far more informed of political events than the average American.

We all want what we think is best for the country.



Do we disagree on many things? Sure. Welcome to a democracy of 300 million people.

But we all deserve a pat on the back for caring, paying attention and questioning. At least we all have common ground on that.

I do think more care than not & have more in common than not. Sometimes it's hard to find the common ground but when it comes to our country (anybody would feel the same about their country, I hope) we can band together. 911 proved that, then somewhere along the way, we started infighting. Now it looks like the infighters (politicians0 their ass stomped. lol
