Bush said alot more than Saddam has WMD but that's all some people choose to hear. not that I'm a big Bush fan but there's alot more to it.

dar ul Harb and dar ul Islam are the reason for the war and it's not illegal because it wasn't started by us. we are there in defense.

What's the recourse of all this supposed illegality? If the administration is going on trial then so must the Congress that funded it. I don't hear calls for Hillary to be recalled from her post for funding an illegal military action. What I hear is that only the administration is to blame, seeing as that falls under a political agenda, is it more an issue of politics or an actual issue of law? Reality is that people can't have it both ways. If the agenda is actually based on laws those against the war would be just as adament against the Congressional members who allowed it as they would be towards the administration.

pointing out that the constitution is being ignored is not really applicable to the situation. and if you did some research you would find that out.

if the constitution is so important to you and following the rules is your thing then maybe you should move to Venezuela and help those poor people who just got more of their rights taken away by a dictator.

excuse me? no one said iraq was part of America. we were brought to the region in assistance to the countries who don't have the military to do the job. same principle of NATO.
