Wow.



The Federal executive is literally imposing their will on this town because they're afraid Democrats won't get elected if partisan voting is done away with.

No one else thinks this is interesting enough to comment on?

Not that I'm defending the racist Democrats or anything, but that's not what I gather from this.



Seems to me they think the only way blacks can be properly represented is if the candidate they want wins... and only if the candidate they want is a Democrat.

Hey where I live not only was the three commissioners elected in open elections deemed to violate the rights of the black citizens, they had to create 7 districts, 3 of which had to be formed to be predominately one race, black. AND no budget measure nor major law can be passed unless at least one of the black districts votes for it given blacks a higher voice in city government than whites. This all under provisions on the Voting Rights Act which states have been trying to get dismissed and rightfully so.

Yep, one man one vote in you are black, if you are white your vote doesn't count as much.

The DOJ has no business here, this crap has to stop. The federal government needs to be reigned in.
