Which is more democratic? House or Senate?

Of the two chambers of congress, which do you think is the more democratic in the way it operates I'm curious on other people's thoughts and opinions.

Our founders HATED DEMOCRACY, ITS MOB RULE!

    YOU FORGET THE PRESIDENT!

We were given a system of three checks against the other...have you forgotten?

Power does not mean fair, our dead founders tried to set up a system of check and balance, which is nothing like "FOX NEWS"

IF the american people don't understand the system given to them, they can not use it, which means "YOUR CHILDREN WILL BE SLAVES!"

Neither. The fact that WE aren't voting in the house and senate just goes to show that it is not democratic.

There is nothing democratic about having a house and a sentate to start with.

Neither individually are democratic, however together they form part of the modern democratic systrem.

Many people want a direct democracy - however that is utterly impractical beyond the level of city state. Like it or not, we need political representatives.

Just one thing, do you elect the members in the house and the senate?
