Thread: Does Bush deserve to be impeached?

The press hates him, but maybe the press is liberal. BUt, some say he is a genius behind doors. He is a bad speaker, looks like a turkey, needs a visor and a better advisor, and his VP has a 9% approval rating. As you can see I have my opinion, what is the publics?

What's impeaching him gonna do other than put Cheney in power? It doesn't solve anything. We just have to wait it out.

It will just cost millions and what would he be impeached for? Flubbing his lines?

I appreciate your honesty. Now I can see a little more about what the public has to say.

No, it would accomplish nothing but appeasing the 30% radical leftists of the Democrat party.

Please let Bush finish his term. Voters may be more careful for the next 15 or 20 years if they get the full treatment. Vietnam worked wonders for restraining US aggression for 30 years. Iraq will do the same.

Imagine if we didn't lose! We would be insufferable and still more countries would rush to acquire nukes.

Historians will be much kinder to him than the current drama queens in the Press trying to steer public opinion. Maybe we should impeach Congress since their approval rating is 4 points lower than the Presidents at 29%. Oh wait, that is not Constitutional.

You impeach them both at the same time - they both deserve it.

They not only fail to uphold their oaths of office, they continue to thumb their noses at the constitution.

Abuse of office, violating the Presidential Records Act, national security violations, violations of the US Constitution, lieing us into a war, ignoring the terrorists threats that resulting in 9/11/01, authorizing torture which is both a violation of the Constitution and the Geneva Convention, invading a Iraq in violation of the UN Charter (treaty entered into by the US in accordance with the US Constitution and federal laws) failing to adequately protect the citizens of the nation before, during and after the worst natural disaster to strike our country, those are the reasons I can think of off of the top of my head.
