Its not totally our blame. They could have NOT flew planes into the buildings that day. Was their choice ultimately. But yes our foreign policy could have been better and may have been the match to start the flame.

It means nothing to say that conservatives or liberals are getting elected in other countries, since these two descriptions can mean something completely different from country to country. What may be considered "conservative" in one country may not be in another.
