Another historically ignorant comment coming from the uninformed.

I guess the fact that Saddam was a dictator, invaded two neighboring nations and violated all the UN agreements he signed, including the corruption of the Oil-For-Food program, gives him the right to continue threatening the region, promoting terrorism, developing WMDs and attacking his neighbors and gives him the right to repel the US Coalition.

Unfortunately for this uninformed view, Saddam WAS overthrown and found guilty of crimes against his own people by his own people and HUNG by his own people.

The only ones FIGHTING Democracy in Iraq are a small band of thugs and terrorists who blow up men, women, children, police stations, schools and infrastructure in their belief that uninformed leftists and Democrats in the US will demand a withdrawal and retreat from Iraq before it can become a strong self ruled successful prosperous Democracy.

How profoundly ignorant does one have to be to think that what the US Coalition is trying to do in Iraq is somehow a "bad" thing and the terrorists are somehow "right?"

Great. Thanks for playing. Glad to see you're so interested in getting to the bottom of these issues, and clearing things up for us all. You're so helpful. I think they're getting ready to start another game of "I know you are but what am I" over there. Why don't you see if you can get in on that?
It needs to be a POLICY statement making the exact claim that Saddam was party to 9-11. How hard is that to understand? Apparently for you, it is a stretch.

Funny how you and many Leftists are so skeptical about anything Bush states, but when it comes to stating a simple fact, you are willing to swallow Leftist swill making claims about Bush's lies without any substantiating facts.

By all means, "Kerry" on. :therethere:

Yep, the above poster wishes to believe that Saddam and Osama are not war mongers. It is the Imperialist Neocons who want to take over the world!!

Beam this one up Scotty. No sign of intelligent life here.

I see! When you have no intelligent response to a post about military failures you make stuff up. I reread my post and could not find where I referenced Saddam or OBL. But that won't stop a liar like yourself.

Because we don't believe in conspiracy theories. It takes too many bandaids to hold them together.

What? What did you just say? What is a stretch for me? Who is a leftist? What are you talking about? Where did Kerry come from? I hate John Kerry.

BUSH LIED! He is a very convincing liar. It is about the only thing he has ever been good at.

This is just another conspiracy theory. Exactly the kind of thing that the opposition party would not allow to happen unless they were a part of the conspiracy. (that's the first band-aid)

[Bush’s Letter to Congress, 3/21/03]

Plus GWB used emotional techniques by repeating Saddam and 9/11 in his speeches concurrently it has the effect of tying the two together. To not recognize this is akin to embrace ignorance.

I think mislead is more appropriate. The administration is quite good at semantics. However Rumsfield did lie when he said they new where the WMD's were. Also Cheney's alligations that Saddam and Al Queda worked together are also false.
Nice try but no buy. The FACTS are that 9-11 was an emotional time. Yes there were links between Saddam and Al Qaeda and Saddam was known to support terrorists. To deny this FACT and attempt to suggest that the Administration lied is truly an act in ignorance and denial.

If Bush was misleading, then all the democrats I listed above were doing the exact same thing.

I suggest that you get your FACTS straight. Your desperate attempts to distort that truth are duly noted.

I believe there was intentional and misleading propoganda designed to confuse the American people. However I believe that the Neo Cons laid out a point that if he aquired such materials he could destabalize the oil market and the region.

Personaly Saddam was bought and paid for by us, he stopped playing ball and that had consequences. I can't get mad at his bad decisions.

What Bush, the dems, and the neo cons did makes complete sense if your ideology is global policing, and the idea that American money should support globalization and protect the interest of said globilization. I disagree with that ideology, but that is an academic distinction, and one I will not fault them for.
    And there's another band-aid.
