What does Obama expect when all he does is deomonize business. The stimulus was not directed to help business but it went for paybacks and more government jobs that amount to around 30,000. Maybe at some point he'll understrand that it is businesses that hire people. Obama the Worst President Ever

WASHINGTON (AP) -- President Barack Obama is considering all options to create jobs, including another stimulus package, while trying to pull the economy out of a deep recession and deal with a record deficit, White House advisers said Sunday.

With more than half of the $787 billion recovery package yet to be spent, Obama aides said the administration is not ready to commit to additional measures.

"Everything is on the table," senior adviser Valerie Jarrett said.

"You've got this huge national deficit and we've got to do what we can to bring that down. At the same time, it's important to stimulate the economy," Jarrett said. "Let's wait and see. Let's let the recovery bill do its job."

Unemployment stands at 9.8 percent, with more than 4 million jobs lost this year. The deficit has reached $1.4 trillion and the national debt $11.9 trillion.

Capitalism won't save this country no matter how you slice it. Come up with a new plan and then we'll talk.

Capitalism is what made this country the most prosperous, generous, and greatest nation in the world. You prefer Marxism go live someplace else.

Kill free trade. This country doesn't know what capitalism is, you can't have heavy handed treaties and claim capitalism, it is contradictory.

Unfortunately Capitalism has been dead since the early 90's, we offshored most of our manufacturing jobs during the early 80's and went to a consumer based/credit economy until that is changed back to the capitalistic manufacturing/savings based economy the current economy is dead.

That is why you have the gov. trying to spend its way out of this recession/depression, it is trying to revive the consumer/credit economy to late for them it is dead.

The consumer/credit based economy is dead long live the consumer/credit based economy.

Definition of Capitalism: An economic system characterized by open competition in a free market and by private or corporate ownership of the mean of production and distribution.

What does any of what you said have to do with capitalism being dead. Further we offshore our jobs right her at home with about 20 million illegals taking good American jobs.

No it didn't. Further globalization occurred. Manufacturing isn't an integral part of capitalism, capitalism is an integral part of capitalism.

"Obama looking at all options for creating jobs"

Obama thinks government make-work at the taxpayers' expense constitutes jobs? How ridiculous. No surprise considering Obama has never actually worked a real job.

Doesn't look to me like that's what he said. He said savings is an integral part of capitalism, and he is absolutely right.
