Imus has lawyered up with 1st amendment lawyers & is going to sue CBS for $40,000,000. he had 4 years left on his contract @$10,000,000 a year.

lol It'd serves them all right. A bunch of liberals in the media cry out for Imus, a liberal, to get fired. Then CBS and MSNBC (bunch of liberals) cower to public opinion and fire Imus. Then Imus hires a bunch of liberal lawyers, ACLU-style, and go after CBS. This story is just too wonderfully delicious! A bunch of rich elitists screaming, "eat the rich". A bunch of tolerant liberals that can't seem to tolerate each other. Even liberals have to enjoy the Irony. It's like the story about Gingrich having an affair while he was trying to impeach Clinton.

How stupid.

It's not a first amendment issue until the government punishes him for what he said.
