    Responsibility, integrity, and family values

    Should the party that campaigns on the ideas of "Responsibility, integrity, and family values" be held to a higher level of accountability on these issues?

    I believe that parties, and politicians, who campaign on these types of issues need to adhere to the standard that they would impose on others. Asking otherwise is rank hypocrisy. This means, that YES, I think Newt Gingrich is the biggest hypocrite ever to walk upright. It also means that IF he gets the republican nomination, that the republican party will have renounced its ability to legitimately claim these issues as theirs from the point he gets the nomination to the end of time.
