I really am curious as to what US citizens make of it.

It wouldn't be surprising. Though, c'mon, the USA undoubtedly does the same thing all over the world.

True, I wasnt really making a moral point - just wondering if people thought it was credible.

60 Israelis detained & some of them have made some pretty incriminating comments, according to that report.
I think knowing that the Israelis were spying on some Arab groups here that they very well could have gotten some info about 911 before 911 & didn't share it for fear of being outed.
I am pro-Israel but if they are caught spying, then those that spy or those that they spy for aren't any better than anybody else that spies.
To the poster that said basically , "we all do it", yes, we all do, but we all pay for it when caught too, as should the Israeli spies.
