Thread: The rampup to war with Iran hightens.....

BAGHDAD, Iraq (CNN) -- The U.S. military Sunday presented evidence it says shows an elite Iranian force under the command of Iran's supreme leader is behind bombings that have killed at least 170 U.S. troops in Iraq.
U.S. officials have made general statements in the past year about Iranian involvement in Iraq, but haven't provided many details.
The charges came at a Baghdad briefing by a senior defense official, a senior defense analyst and an explosives expert, all of whom asked to remain unnamed.

So is North Korea- but too bad for Iran they havent gotten thier nukes yet. Having nukes got negotions for North Korea. Poor guys just moved to slow. Gave time for the Americans to start putting together reasons to attack them.

I've gotta get my way, way, way underground bomb shelter built. Bush is going to get us attacked again. Too many countries getting pissed off and it's not because of the average LEGAL American citizen, it's because of the insane lunatics in the White House!

Soon the draft will come back, soon we'll be told to sacrifice more, soon 13 year olds will be going to the Middle East to fight for the PNAC Military......

North Korea's nukes are hardly a threat and have little to do with our negotiations. As far as Iran goes I could see Isael spearheading an attack as early as spring, I would be suprised if the U.S. initiated anything directly.

Just as many thought that war would really be a last resort as Bush said in Iraq? I have seen enough to solidly believe that before Bush leaves office our troops will include Iran in thier battles.......

Is anyone else starting to get that same feeling of inevitabilty we all had before the Iraq war started? I don't think we'll even have the pretense of giving anyone a last chance like we did with Saddam. We'll just flip on the TV and have "Breaking News - US cruise missiles strick nuclear facilities and "Suspected IED factories" in Iran. (Complete with theme music.)

I'm predicting late March, just before the first primary debates.

Anyone else wanna weigh in?
