Can anyone explain this to me? This exact same message, word for word exact, is posted on every political chat forum there is about twice a year. Exactly the same - to the letter. Even the number of dots.

The scandle it meantions is 5 or 6 years old, minor in significance, and certainly not worthy of the slightest discussion. Obviously the point is to post some random thing for some reason. What is this????? Is this some kind of hack? Is the website it links to going to steal my credit card info?
