Jay is doing the exact same thing is this thread. Coming out of the blue making wild allegations against people withoutreferring to specific comments. Even if it was in reference to prior instances, I believe we're all suppose to be avoiding following folks around making wild allegations against them of a racial nature.

That wasn't a strawman. It was asking for clarification of your point. You mentioned human beings, while asserting that states should have the right to discriminate against blacks. Where's the strawman?

edit: except, add "don't" before "believe" and you'll be about right...

Why aren't you telling Jay to stop? He's done in on multiple threads and each time you thank him, instead of enforcing the rules against doing that.

If you feel a post violates site rules, report it. I don't enforce anything based on my lone interpretation of the rules, neither do the other members of the Moderation staff.
