Thread: A question

I am posing this question here because after contacting the moderator in question I was told they were busy and could not respond but that they would do so later. It was in regards to an infraction I considered totally unjustified. After waiting a few days without reply I figured this to be the best place to ask seeing as the suggested course of action was basically ignored.

The post I made that recieved an infraction was........

Try not opening your mouth and maybe you will be able to hold a job for awhile. Based on your postings I can see why you have had to move around to stay employed.

I would like to know just where was the infraction? Was it in the simple suggestion that this person try not opening their mouth?

Or was it based on my opinion that what they post on this forum may be the reason they have had to move around to stay employed. (It was their comment that they had to move around to stay employed, not mine).

Honestly, does anyone actually think that if this deserves an infraction that you could probably open any page in this forum and issue a half-dozen of them?

I am asking because it's real easy for the moderators to say "follow the rules and you won't be infracted" but this is bullshit, there was no insult there and I want the probation and point removed.

I have been infracted for less, it seems justified to me. It was clearly an insult. Or are you trying to re-define insults as well?

I always used to say if the offender managed to make me laugh it shouldn't be an infraction, oh well, good one any way.

Seeing as you say you have "been infracted for less", how about you paste that post here because I don't believe you. As long as you post it as I have done without mentioning names I don't see any way you could be infracted again for it.

Or you can decide to come back with some lame excuse why you aren't going to so everyone else knows you are making a baseless claim too.

Well curious to see what you got yourself on probation for as the you quotes in Ronster's were saying I read your post. It rang a bell so I went back to the thread about Nick losing his job and sure enough it was a post you directed at me, knowing I pay you no mind. And it is pure 100% personal insult. Meant to be nothing more. Intended I'm sure to try and pick a fight.

Of course your assumptions make you look foolish since I have worked for my present employer for 27 years this years. The moving to find a job was 36 years ago and the moving to accept a position 32 years ago. And then 27 years ago moved back to where I am now. Previous to the 27 years with my present employer I was a distributor for them, for 8 years. So that is a 35 year association.

So before you try to insult someone you should make sure you know what you are talking about else it does make you look quite foolish and merely vindictive of others, or better yet can it altogether and discuss the issues instead of going around spouting vitriol just for the fun of it.

1. It's obvious at some point you have had difficulty holding a job and based on what you post it did not surprize me and I simply said it.
2. How am I to know your employment history and why the fuck would that matter anyway? You don't have to make excuses and blame Carter for being shitcanned, plenty of us had no problem holding a job during his tenure.

Why don't you go search the net and find some democrat that picked his nose the wrong way so you can start a thread and ridicule him. There is NOTHING in my post to indicate that and you continue to make a fool of yourself with your pure conjecture used to insult other posters. The first comapny closed, the second was a shipyard that after a year I decided was not where I wanted to spend my working career. The third was when I moved to Chicago, due to the limited jobs available where I lived and I landed in three days the job I held the entire 3 years I live there which I left voluntarily because I couldn't stand the winters, the fourth I was offered a position in Louisiana, covering there and Arkansas and East Texas which I held for about 8 year and was then given the opportunity, BECAUSE I was successful, to come back to my home town. The company I worked for was bought out by partners who decided to change product brands, I turned in my resignation and went to work for the company we represented opening our own branch office and put the others guys out of business in 8 months. That is where I have been for almost 27 years now.

So you clearly don't know what you are talking about and when you say "it is obvious" it is laughable.
