You worried that maybe you've said some suspect things lately?

Perhaps, but I, when a mod, noticed that the warning levels were never reduced. I wonder where the staff stands on this, and what they will do to prevent an unjustifiable gig(time off) for a member that has had a warning level raised a month ago or so.

I don't know if it goes up automatically, but there's a function there for us to let you know, and we will when someone gets a warning.
I don't know that the warning level goes down unless we manually move it down, it's a quick reference of a members history, and I don't think the level has anything to do with punative action. It seems to take a whole lot to fill the entire bar.

The integrated problem with this format is the fact that the warning level needs to be manually reduced. If you and the mods do not do that then the punishment can and will be issued will be increased regardless of any improvements from the members in question. Also the members have no....zero idea that the post in question is an infractionable offense. That would allow further post by the member to be an infraction, and I would assume, a time out.
The members need to know when they...or myself is/are out of line, and when our warning level can be brought back to an acceptable level. I would hope that means zero.

Since PH has this format on another board, and he's familiar with it, he's probably the one to answer your question regarding a return to zero. I honestly don't know if not returning to zero means increased punative action, because with each point I can have to manually set the action. So if I want to increase your warning level, I then have to enter which action to take, such as ban for x number of days. I can tell you that with each action, there is a PM that goes out, the only difference being that there isn't a cookie-cutter message that goes along with it like we had at the last board.

If my warning level has been raised, then i sure as hell don't see it.

But unless you do not fill out the PM, which is not required, we will never know if the level has been raised, and if you...the good mods, do not manually reduce it, then a temp ban(a reduction of ones ability to post) can be insinuated. This format takes work.
