I am surprised that nobody seems happy that an English speaking American finally won his right to run his business the way he sees fit.

To me its like New England winning another Super Bowl. I am happy for them, but its not pop the top champagne celebration happy.
This was a no-brainer to me. I am not going to celebrate these kind of cases because it makes it seem like I am more than willing to accept the cases like these we don't win.
I will fight injustice, but I will not celebrate because what is a given is upheld.

In todays justice system metheron, the illagals seem to win it all, including managing to get BP agents thrown in prison for doing their job....with the help of a US Attorney of course. So, any case that can be won is a victory, no matter how small, it's still a victory & a step in the right decision. Couple that with the USSC decision just this week, & bravo.

I hear ya, migi, I just refuse to accept it. Its like me beating the shit out of a ten year old and bragging about it. Well, I should win.
By celebrating decisions like this is kind of a defeatist attitude in my opinion. But, to each their own, enjoy the victory!!

Not shop owner Migi. He's a local hero in these parts. You see, Ordering at Geno's is as a big a part of the Cheesesteak as the Wiz.

As an English speaking person, you will be corrected at Geno's as to how to order. It's Wiz & Wit, or Without, and don't dare actually ask for a "Philly Cheesesteak"... it's all about that old South Philly Dego way of ordering, ya no?
