Okaaaay, & for what purpose did J.K. Rowling have in mind when she announced in her last Harry Potter Book that Dumbledore is gay? Do you care that he's gay?

& who's questioning that it's her book? I thought that somebody might have an idea as to why she would announce after the publication of the last book in the series that one of the characters is gay. Maybe you just don't have any curiosity, like W.

It's an attempt (and a good one) to get her and her books back in the lime light.

To do with the next film which deals with some of the earlier story before the books began, the director was going to allegedly give him a girlfriend as I understand it, so she wanted him to get the story right. ^^ Going public and the director has to stick with the storyline, doesn't he.

her bboks have never left the lime light. with 2 movies due and a theme park to open in 09 she's doing just fine.

I heard that the screen play was introducing a love interest for Dumbeldore before they kill him off, she read it and not liking her view of characters to change, announce that she intended him to be gay...thats what i heard...SSG
