Thread: Memorial Day,

Being from a family that is deeply rooted in military service, I was kind of wondering if anyone else around here was thinking about those that served and possibly didn't return home.

I have & posted a thread in the lounge, the last time I looked, nobody had posted.

I don't get when someone wishes me a "Happy" Memorial Day...How can I be happy about having dead friends and relatives? Veterans Day is the day to remember those who served and are still living...wish me a happy day then.

Happy? Honor would be a more appropriate term, IMO.
