Why do people want to be wealthy
some say
people who want to be wealthy are not so much in search of riches as the status wealth gives them as such wealth for these people alliviates a big need to be of worth -since they naturally fel unworthy

some say those who want to be rich are really afriad of being poor aas such no amount of weatlth will allieviate that fear

some say those who want wealth are really looking for love -for these poeople wealth is a symptom of lack of love and a need for people to love them

some say people who want wealth sufer from envy of their peers

The same reason I go to work every day. To pay my bills easier. More money the better. Other than that I have everything I need. I hate bringing this from a personal view but its about all I got on the matter.

I am sure some of your suggestions are correct though.

It's about keeping score and sex.

Never wanted to be wealthy, just have enough $$ to pay the bills & a little left over.

Biology. Women are biologically driven to be conservers and gatherers.

Well, I conserve and I do gather once in a while so no red..... yet.

Men want power and sex, women want security.

I just want a vacation.
