the worthy of assistence except in rare cases seldom require asistence the really valuable people of society never require assistence

neither the society or the individual is improved by assistence
assistence can ever make the drunked sober the lazy industrious or the thriftless provident

in nature the weak are alowed to die off thus the same for the worthless members of society they should be allowed to die of so that the rest can improve themselves Thus the kindesst thing for the worthless memebers would be to let them die without charity or welfare-because by being at the bottom they have shown their lack of talent their shame and their worthlesnes for the rest of society- as such society should just let them persish
