Thread: I've decided to become an Atheist!

Thanks to Orthodox Marxist, Zarathrustra, Splansing, and all the others who have brought me to this decision. Thank you for showing the error of my ways. The foolishness of believing in fables, ancient books, and believing in the lies of men. I have been set free from the oppression of religion.

I no longer will have to be chained to ethics rooted in righteousness, in treating people as I would want to be treated, in loving others, in helping the helpless, in helping the homeless, the sick, and all the people who are less fortunate than I am.

With this new found freedom, rooted in my new hero Charles Darwin's philosophies, I can now begin to focus on what is most important.....me. I can ignore all the helpless losers of lifes lottery, I can now focus on my needs. I will now be serving myself to insure the survival and fitness of myself and only me.

If I need money to survive...I will steal it. If I want sex....I will take it. If I must kill...I will kill. It is now all for my survival and well being...And I have all my fellow Atheists to thank....thank you.

I am looking forward to indulging in all my fleshly needs, if it takes rape, murder, drugs, or alcohol.

Ummmm...yeah, okay. So you're suggesting that atheists have no sense of morality?

See, here you are spouting hate at atheists, just because they are atheists. You are doing the same thing you claim THEY do in your rant. There's a word for that you know... hypocrite.

Take a lesson from me. You'll never see me post about hating athiests or anyone. If you want to get your point across, set an example that others will want to follow and when they ask you how you became such a good person tell them the truth. Through Jesus. That will make your point a lot better than sarcasm.

Oh yes...just what I would expect. Atheists have morality. Christians can't ever use humor or sarcasm....but the moral Atheists can ridicule, mock, name-call, and accuse Christians of hypocrisy for doing what the very moral Atheists do on this sight daily. Now who are the hypocrites?

Besides....if I were truly to follow that path....who are you to judge? If we are all just accidents of nature and are going to cease existance one day all too soon...why not do whatever you want?

Hey, by the way, thanks for the anonymous red telling me I was going to burn in hell. Boy, you made me change my mind about Chritianity with that one.
