What is the consequences of accumalating infraction points? How does that whole system work?

If you receive another before your point expires you will be forced to take a leave of absence.

Your first infraction point gets you a warning if you accumulate another infraction while the first one is still in effect you go on probation if you recieve an infraction while on probation you get temp banned.

You had a warning in effect when you received your point. If it had expired, you'd just have a point. A warning is like secret probation.
