Thread: Dogsbody

Ok people, I got problems with this one. I would like you to say here your opinion about this guy. I was thinking about you even voting but maybe it is not such a good idea. I'd like to hear your opinions and act in cosideration. This is all because I refuse to have almost all good members in probation at the same time
Of course Dogsbody, you are free to (and should) post your point of view on the matter.

dogsbody is a troll purposely creating threads and posts that he hopes will get under peoples skin and provoke a response. He goes against the whole spirit of the forum and destroys all reasonable discussion. When dogsbody enters a thread you know you will no longer be engaging in a sensible debate and its ridiculously that he's allowed to remain here and troll.

I can very well agree with that and I know he is a troll.. but truth is he never got personal with anyone.

he got personal in the begining. He chooses indirect attacks and uses inflamantery comments to provoke people. Reading over the rules both Trolling and making infalmantery comments are against the rules. Basically the rules have tried to cover the concept of indirect attacks such as his and so i maintain that he is breaking the rules and should be given the chuck.

According to you what should the mod team do?
a) ban him?
b) Ignore personal attacks on him because he deserves them?
c) lose some of the best members because of a troll like him?

ban him, he's bringing this site down. You would have the support to do it and the grounds based on the infractions of the rules i've mentioned.

ah well that my opinon, just have to wait and see what others think

I've never seen that name, not very observant on my part I suppose.
Give anybody/everybody the benifit of the doubt, if you're in doubt. Sometimes people are misunderstood....sometimes, not.

I think anyone that takes him seriously and leaves the site b/c of it needs some self confidence. Just brush the dirt off your shoulder. He's just some guy behind a keyboard with an inflamed sense of self worth.
