President Bush said today that the government is prepared to again tap into the Strategic Petroleum Reserve to alleviate any new pain at the pump caused by Hurricane Rita's assault on the center of the nation's energy industry. :roll:

well, one problem... he should have had the reserves "on call" based on how katrina was going on at the time, so that the reserves would have been tapped at a moments notice to prevent any shortages... but since he's part of an oil family / conspiracy :lol: , he decided to wait so the extra money could be generated for himself.... :evil:
