Thread: Foreclosures and You

I post here where a lot of people talk about how the bust has affected them and also on another board where the number of foreclosures in their area is generally zip. Basically I just want to track the spread strategic default like it was a disease. All real estate comments welcome but please include your general area thank you.

There are some people who cannot and should not be homeowners. They lack responsibility. They spend money on stupid shit instead of paying the damned mortgage or are idiots at work and lose their jobs and can't get another one. And too many assholes were willing to give these types lots of credit.
