    Why the Deafening Silence

Congress: US Repeated 9/11 Failures in Xmas Plot

Seems like we haven't learned any lessons. Holder our clueless AG not even with the ability to define who the enemy is.

Is everyone on the Left asleep? Do you not want to talk about this? Does it make the Messiah and crew look incompetent?

The Captain of the Ship takes responsibility, does Obama or...is this Bush's fault?

You friends of mine in here....who normally have your fingers on the pulses of these types of investigations into terrorist endeavors failed or successful.....where are you?

Maybe my good friend Sgt Shultz when he gets back on his feet after graduation and family visits can tell me.....what up with the Left? Awfully quiet, the 9-11 report was blazed over every forum far and wide. Their President is elected and........chirp f'n chirp.

It appears terrorism...make that Islamic terrorism, is not an important issue. The real problems stem from "racist" immigration laws, big oil leaks and Tea Party/Palin activity.

You two play with each other often?

Assume all you like, but you might consider that most people consider loaded questions to be bull pucky.

I agree so then what is the answer how do we fix this problem? Most of our inteligence gathering organizations are such giant government burocecies(sp) that to have them function properly is hard enough. But how we can get them to communicate with each other is harder. So often I hear that so much of the problem lies in what they are all calling protocal. Who is allowed to talk to whom and when and what infromation can be shared and not shared. What does one do when a supervisor refuses to pass on a peice of information? So rather than yell at the left how about work with others to fix the problem? I am a leftie and there is my voice on it. Now I am no longer silent.

We look to an individual. One that is aco****able to We the People. One who has Commander in Chief powers over the military. One who should have no joke all out responsibility for the security of this nation. One who we permit to detain abroad without a single charge or given right. One who is able to detain enemy combatants and with the AG's signature......provide water therapy to the sinus cavities of those who would kill us. To have one man where the buck stops, one man who we aren'g going to ask detailed questions. We allow him surveillance, warrantless wiretapping, mail looksies, eavesdropping, search and seizure, we give his authority and his word against any beaucracy, we trust one man or woman to step up to the plate and make the ugly decisions without fear A that endeavor be found illegal.

Step one. We all realize we're at war.
Step two. We all realize we're at war.
Step three. We convince the naive we're at war.
Step four. We convince the mentally handicapped we're at war.
Step five. We convince democrats we're at war
    For starters.

Step Six. We convince republicans that starting a second war before the first one is finished is stupid.

But all this still doesn't answer my question:

Where is the Left? Outraged after the 9-11 report was published. Supposedly so on the ball and quick to discuss our securoty breaches under the previous President.

We come to find out this circus clown of an administration couldn't run a fever and has been darn lucky two bomds didn't go off with an AG that can't even admit militant Islam is a problem...and the Left's vociferous mood changes and they nearly all turn into crickets...chirping into the night.

Meaning....at least what it means to me...they were never outraged or concerned to begin with, they used any and every opportunity to turn poltiical. TO oppose Bush.

Y'all busted again is all I can say.
