TREASURY BILLS TRADE AT NEGATIVE RATES

They sold I think something like 32 billion dollars of T-Bills at a zero rate. It seems that people still believe the government will insure these things, ri ront rink row, in fact this is an indicator that the country is bankrupt!!!
