Thread: independe-pulican-confused-ocrat SBIR/STTR/TIP

When it comes to government spending I often feel like an independe-pulican-confused-ocrat. However, I have always been a big fan of the SBIR/STTR programs and NIST's ATP (now TIP) programs.

How many of you know of these programs? And what do you think? (Googling allowed!!!)

Thanks for the reply, first of all. May I ask why you are against these programs? Is your reasoning based on practicality or principle? These programs are meant to promote business (small business) and technology and to create American jobs.
