If you start with a failing company, what you call "vulture capitalism" might as well be called "Florence Nightingale" capitalism, because they are doing the work of a healer. You get rid of the dead tissue, perform surgery and make the body whole.

Your ridiculous attack offers no alternative. Shall we have all failing companies use PUBLIC money to effect the turnaround? Shall we let the companies fail? If somebody with money comes along and sees potential for a turnaround, how are they an enemy?

No, they don't. Next time please talk out of your mouth instead of...

Germany has very strict hiring and firing laws. What Romney did with Bain is physically impossible in Germany. Next time, you may want to actually look up information before just writing some silly stuff. Yepp, nothing like tearing out that "dead tissue", eh? Bet those 1,000s and 1,000s of workers who through no fault of their own were canned because they got "Bained" are thrilled to know that you think they are "dead tissue".

Hey, who else here is "dead tissue"? Come on, people, speak up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!..... @jackalope , are you dead tissue? @Rasselas , are you dead tissue? How about @Macduff ? Are you also dead tissue? Hey @Babba , are you dead tissue? Or @April15 or @Djinn or @goldendog or @Tedminator or @Amit or @Blah or @Davocrat or @Granite ? Hey, have you all evuh been DEAD TISSUE?!'=!=!

Lovely. Just lovely. No wonder the GOP is about to get pummeled in 2012. Republicans really don't get it, do they?

Buddy boy, there is a HUGE difference between competitive free-market capitalism that plays by the rules and still makes a killing - and vulture captalism, which is what Mitt Romney practices.

And never once did I say that failing companies should use public money. Where you go that from, well, is anybody's guess.

Of course, thanks to Obama, the big 3 did get bailed out and now they are solvent and have paid back their debts and thousands and thousands of pieces of "dead tissue" are now "living tissue". Barack Florence Nightingale Obama, I thank you for saving the auto industry, and unlike kmiller, I do it from the correct orifice.

I said it was what they are trying to build. I said nothing about German labor laws. How can you bold something and not think about what it means?

And Obama using public money to "save companies" will cause more problems than it solved.

depends on how you define "trying to build". Romney built lots of things by destroying jobs first.

    Nice try. No donut.

What problems? GM? Wall Street? Or is one thin film photovoltaic maker who fails for being over-priced for the market good enough to claim government is inept, moon landings notwithstanding?

Remember, this is an attack on Romney from the Right, not the Left. The Video was produced by Gingrich's SuperPAC.

I have not seen a Democratic attack ad nearly as hard hitting as this one, which brings us back to President Obama's tactic: let the GOP cannabalize itself first and then swoop in to attack. The GOP is playing right into the President's hand.

And if you are wondering how Newt got the money for such advertisting, the answer is HERE.
Romney is playing the 11th Commandment card ( why do they get to create another commandment anyway?) - whining about Newt's attacks, after declaring "open season" with his surrogate attacks on Gingrich. Fking hypocrite.
