ABB's manifesto is not unlike the ultra conservative militant religious rantings from UBL & AQ, but from a extremist christian euro perspective rather than extremist islamic arab. First chapters are the usual far-right stuff about islam, liberals, communism, multiculturalism, immigration, race, political correctness, etc. Some of it can even be considered normal conservative views held by millions. But then his paranoid schizophrenia kicks in and he starts to act on his delusions...

Thats a good question Enigma.....what I was looking at was; The differences in Operations thru LE's as opposed to a governments Own National Security Forces. One question would be if the Governments NSF, want the subject alive. Whereas with an incident like this to have a shooter that is used a fair amount of time to kill innocents, and the LE's first responsibility being to protect other civilian life. Would also be about taking down the shooter. Which should be done at all costs so that the death toll does not keep rising. Yet when the Government Declares an incident a possible national security threat. Seems the L.E's if not engaged with the shooter would be superceded by those orders and told at all costs take him alive. Which then causes the sacrifice of more innocent civillian life.
