It's not breaking news. She's been missing since December, but the family is showing up on NBC this morning, so I guess MSNBC feels a need to pull out the good ol' MWWS.

Meh, I fucking hate what passes for the news media these days.

Remember Lacy Peterson! That story was a good media draw for over three years.

Yeah but that one had all kinds of fun stuff included... they had a suspect and she was pregnant, but maybe it was Satanists after the baby, etc etc etc. It had legs...

Now the Halloway incident.. nothing ever changed about that story, but they never stopped covering it.
