Thank you, most of them young women that put an ad on cragslist for services of prostitution. It is said that one sister was contacted and asked if she knew what her sister was doing.

Were they black? White? Both? Were police able to trace the call the sister?

White male, 5'10 - 6'4", 25-35, either spent time on that particular beach as a child or can see it from where he lives or works and he wants to see his trophies. Might be a former cop or someone rejected by the police, he feels like he is smarter than them. Probably 'attractive' and has friendly eyes that the women trust.
