That's crazy, I just hope there are some laws on the books to nail these guys. I believe they and the original lenders should be able to use all AVAILABLE LEGAL methods to collect the debt and the creditors should be doing everything to pay back the money and not be allowed to skip out on it, but this is just way over the top.
