For the Obama family.

The future First Dog is reportedly a 6-month-old male pup which was returned to a kennel by its first owners.

According to TMZ, the hypoallergenic pooch will come from the same Texas kennel where Massachusetts Sen. Ted Kennedy's family got several of its dogs.

Kennedy, whose dogs, Sunny and Splash, are often by his side, endorsed Obama during the Democratic primary.

First Lady Michelle Obama has told People magazine that the girls have floated Frank and Moose as possible names for their forthcoming furry friend.

I was rooting for a shelter dog. Whatever, I guess. Hope the kids enjoy it. Looks like a pain in the ass to groom, though.

This ones cuter, plus Yorkies have hair rather than fur, so they are easier to take care of.

How about "Palin" for a name? I mean, there are some striking physical similarities even though I suspect that the dog is smarter than the governor.

They can be vicious little shits, though. My dog gets attacked by one on a regular basis. It charges him and starts biting his feet and yapping, like a little fucking pirhana.

They are only that way until they have smelled you. They were bred as Ratters, to work in the mines killing rats. Before they started wimping out the breed and making them into toys, they were quite athletic and tough.

Ours is playful, can jump 3 times his height and loves rough play and he's 9. They are great companions. House training was rough though.
