So said the Tx Supreme Court. However, the lower court judge said "with provisions", which appaprently the TSC had given that ruling.
What I don't understand is, nobody has been charged with anything in this case, yet in order to get their kids back the women have to sign a document saying they will take parenting cases & in no way hinder any further actions by CPS. How can that happen?
Say you were reported annonymously for child neglect, molestation, whatever, the authorities come take your kids without any evidence of wrongdoing Then when told the authorities acted illegally in taking your kids & had to return them, you had to sign a document? I mean, how does that happen?

I had a thread the other day, it shows the NAFTA Super Highway is scheduled to run through their property.

I will bet these people will not give up their land, then the BATFE or whom ever will say something like "remember these kooks" just before killing them. I smell another Waco. Speaking of Waco, a leg of the NAFTA SH is running through that property as well. Smelling something here??
