That's right. As a Libertarian, you should be taking the word of the Constitution literally. This includes "if it don't tell you to do it, you shouldn't".
I didn't steal anyone's car. I didn't break anything. Why should I pay for it? You are the one who argues that the prosecuter in the south that covered up exonerating evidence should be held personally responsible, not the taxpayers. What is different about this? Why is it one way and not the other?
