There are reports from all over the Europe, the ash cloud was nothing, but you do what you feel is right.

No, it is worse than that, and I stated at the beginning of this, that they need something to blame Europe's bad economy on, well they got it, and did it.

Emergency management and risk analysis is my job. When you move heaven and Earth to prepare for a possible risk and the risk does not manifest itself - that is a success, not a failure.

The failure is flying full of human beings into an area where there is a suspicion that something MIGHT cause trouble.

They didn't claim it might, they stated it would. There are some questions about their models, but hey that too is a CT.
